Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

this is a scam they take your money and never organise anything
no contact number nothing and also claim to have connection with charity
There is nothing more fun than Tough Mudder! It is hard, it is muddy and extremely fun! I have done it twice now and it’s a the best. The organization runs like a well oiled machine. The participants are all the most supportive people in the world all congregated in one place. I love all mud events!
My family had so much fun of the Foam Fest first time in Abbotsford last year. We all felt little worry and not sure before that date but we quickly started to enjoy when we saw the big sign. Even playing the Foam in the starting line was so entertaining. By the end, we had so much fun that wet and dirt were part of the enjoyment. We are sure will be back next year. Thanks for holding this fun family event. ;)

Well organized run. Family oriented. Course was well structured and enjoyable. Very much appreciated the loot bag inclusion of a few drinks and popsicles in the price so that I did not have to fork out extra money for this to appease my kids at the finish. We are already looking forward to next year.
