The Story
BONEFROG was created by Navy SEALs to challenge, build and inspire participants to become better athletes and recognize that they can do anything they set their minds to, while enjoying the camaraderie and teamwork usually reserved for active duty Navy SEALs.
The Course
With at least 30 military-style obstacles on courses that range from 3-9 miles, the course will test everyone and leave no one unscathed. We attempt to place an obstacle about every ¼ mile, so your running ability alone will not carry the day. You must be functionally fit to succeed here. You will get muddy. You will get beat up. You will be exhausted. But you will finish. Did we mention sand? You will get to know what it means to be “wet and sandy” just like we were at BUDS. As Navy SEALs, we know what tough is – and we don’t mean Harvard.
Team or Individual
Our event will foster camaraderie, period. Form a team ahead of time or link up with others when you get here. This is a great way to challenge your friends and create lasting bonds.
Family Event
As Navy SEALs we have been forced to spend a great deal of time away from our families. As a result, whenever we can, we include the entire family in all that we do. BONEFROG offers fun and activities for all ages! Let the kids come watch you race and then let them loose on our Tadpole kids course where they can play in the mud and race on scaled down obstacles just like mom and dad.

Awesome Event!
Starting off it was beyond a pleasure to honor the navy seals and compete in their designed run. I've never had this much fun in an obstacle race before. If my girlfriend wasn't there complaining about being cold I would have ran it again. Looking forward to BFC 2015!
This was the most challenging event I have ever done. We had a great time with my friends! I look forward to doing this race again!! Thank you!
Overall the race was a great experience. The obstacles really tested your overall strength and your ability to adapt and overcome. I can't wait until next years race. No matter where it takes place count me in! Hoorah!
I loved this race . The energy was great , it was awesome how they encouraged teamwork . Just the right mix of running and obstacles . All the obstacles were both fun and challenging ! Can't wait to do another one !
Bone frog sprint
Awesome race. After doing a variety of OCR races I'd say this one has the most challenging obstacles (even in comparison to Spartan races). I only did the 3.5 mile run and I felt exhausted afterwards and my body was sore (which feels great actually). I smiled my way through the entire course, had such a blast.
One of the best races I have ever done! It was challenging both mentally and physically and was non-stop fun. Looking forward to doing the Nee England one in May!
Bone Frog
One of the best OCR races I competed in this year. The obstacles were challenging and carefully designed. I would definitely sign up for another next year and recommend to my fellow racers.
Overall great OCR. A lot of challenging obstacles
This race was amazing ! It was really challenging and recommend it to anyone who wants to push themselves ! I loved competing in an OCR designed by the navy seals ! Can't wait for the next one !
Best OCR yet
This is the best OCR I've done . The obstacles were extremely challenging and much thought went into each one . I will make sure I travel to their next event in New England . It was an honor to compete in an event that supports Navy SEALS and Americas military
