It’s time to get filthy clean with the 5k Foam Fest! Built for both the hardcore athlete and the beginner alike, this race is full of fun surprises that will foam your socks off! Picture colossal mud pits, cargo net climbs, and army crawls – then picture giant inflatable obstacles filled to the brim with white, fluffy foam! Feel like you’re a kid again as you run through the mud and bounce through the Moon Walk. Then prove you’re a grown up as you tackle the Death Drop – a 3 story tall inflatable slide! Such a great experience and it’s so fun to push yourself over the creative and challenging obstacles !!!
5K Foam Fest
My friends and I had never participated in an event like the 5K Foam Fest and we were not sure what to expect!. We ended up having the time of our lives! We have already signed up for next years event!
Loved every minute of this race. Well done!
Would have liked to see more obstacles in the race. Loved all the foam in the beginning. More foam is always good.
Perfect amount of fun!
Our Mud Sweat and Tears Mulisha team joined in this fun filled event. We laughed so hard, encouraged each other, got muddy and very foamy! Some brought their kids ... Great to share with them how we all can behave in the same "age group". Foam Fest bring all and sundry out to experience a wonderful light weight mud run with foam. Seeing people participate with gusto, bravery, team work and a large amount of silliness and adventure is wonderful. Looking forward to doing many more!

Foamfest
Run was great a bit challenging with all the hills at Sun Peaks but I had a blast. A group of us have now made this a yearly girls weekend away. Only complaint is the towels were NOT good at all!! Not sure they qualify as towels and they didn't dry a thing.
Took my daughter and her friend. We had a blast! It was challenging but at the same time so much fun. Can't wait to do it again.
C'était vraiment le fun des fois il y avait un peu trop d'attente pour certain obstacle (les grosses glissades surtout) mais on a bien rit et on a du du vrai fun.
I did this race with my kids and we had a blast! We will definitely do this again. It was very well organized and check in was very quick. We appreciated the foam at the end which enabled us to clean up so we didn't even need to hose off afterwards.
