Conquer your fear of muck, madness and mayhem and embrace your love of friends, fitness and fun. Crush your inner wimp as you crank your adrenaline to push yourself and your fellow Heroes to the finish (without spilling over laughing). Then celebrate your achievement with other mud-lovers and spectators at the post-race Mud Bash featuring a BBQ, bevies, live music and more. If you’re mad about mud, this is your run.

Great event! Fun obstacles, lots of mud. The kids enjoyed it and so did the adults!
Awesome Gal Pal Birthday celebration
A group of 10 women going by the team name geriatrics partook in this event to celebrate one of the gals turning 50. The age range was from 50 to 60 plus. At no time did we feel that our age prevented us from partaking in any of the events. It was just fun fun fun. So well-organized, every detail was thought of and it was a complete success. We would recommend it to everybody and anybody.

Best mud run I have tried yet!! I cannot wait for next year. The obstacles were awesome and the after party was great!! Would recommend this mud run to everyone!!!
A Blast!
An absolute blast, well organized and always so much fun!
It was amazing !! Lots of fun and laughing! My friend did get injured by tripping on a stick but the volunteers were very friendly and helped my friend immediately and got her to the med tent!! I can’t wait to go next year !!

Traveling for fun
I always wanted to do a big obstacle course/mud run and finally got the chance in Ottawa! See, I'm from Cincinnati Ohio USA and have never been to Canada. My friend Julia lives in Ottawa! So I rounded up the passport and jumped on a plane! It was an absolute blast. All ages, genders, sizes were there. Everyone was sooo supportive too! I can't wait to do this again!

Absolutely unreal. First ever mud run, and will not miss all the next ones.
Staff was really helpful and efficient. We were parked, registered and ready to run in 10 minutes.
Staff at each obstacle throughout the run were on their game and helped everyone that needed it.
Best time of our lives. Love the photos too! 2019’s date is on my birthday weekend, can’t wait!!

My first obstacle/mud run and certain not my last...very memorable event from start to finish (even the extremely unpleasantly cold shower station was an experience in itself, arguably an obstacle all of its own)
