Dreamt up by the wonderfully insane Crazy Canucks team, Mud Hero is the ultimate place to scale new summits. Conquer your fear of muck, madness and mayhem and embrace your love of friends, fitness and fun. Crush your inner wimp as you crank your adrenaline to push yourself and your fellow Heroes to the finish (without spilling over laughing). Then celebrate your achievement with other mud-lovers and spectators at the post-race Mud Bash featuring a BBQ, bevies, live music and more. If you’re mad about mud, this is your run.

SO MUCH FUN!!
What an event. Never fails. I have run this twice now and would do it again! Who knew that getting all muddy and slimy would be so much fun? Take a friend or a relative and I promise you won't be disappointed.
Had a blast. Glad I could swim as that portion was deeper then I expected.
Sticky Mud and some fun
2018 mud hero was fun but foundd some narrow trails and water slide was too muddy and not enough water. Last obstacle was so thick and we barely got out. I think mudy and obticles from 2017 were more fun than 2018. We signed up for mud hero for 2019 but I hope event coordinators fix sticky mud parts that were in 2018. Overall if wasn't for those areas I would have given event 5 stars.
Absolutely loved it! It was my first mud run and I wouldn’t have changed anything about it. The event coordinators and volunteers were very helpful and supportive. Course was outlined extremely well with photo stations. Can’t wait to participate again! Plus the medals... AMAZING, with a Canadian touch too!
Me &my friends had a blast , the best part of the summer. Can't wait to do it again in 2019. 2019 with be my 5 year anniversary with Mud HERO

I love Mud Hero! It’s where I qualified for the North American OCR Championships. The people were great, the race was fun and the party afterwards was banging! Mud Hero Toronto had more participants in the race than any other race I have done. They sure do put on a great race that you don’t want to miss.
Mud Hero is Great!
Mud Hero is a great event and have really improved the course over the last couple of years. I signed up alone last year but wasn’t disappointed because everyone’s in good spirits and encourage each other. Will be running again.
Seriously the most fun ever! I’ve done it 3 years now, once 2 months postpartum! Worth it every time
