We define a Stronghold as: intense adversity, fortress of opposition, obstacle to progress. The Stronghold Challenge is an invitation to overcome 24 obstacles designed to test your mind, body and spirit. This 5K journey will push the limits of your physical and mental stamina. It will also strengthen your spiritual commitment to overcome the challenges that we all face in life. This is God’s will for us. He says in 2 Corinthians 10:4; the weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. Accept the Challenge to strengthen your Mind, Body and your Spirit.
