LIVE Training Center

Live Training Center is currently the only facility in Central FL that allows you to train and prepare for what you will experience on the show. Our obstacles are formatted to be exact replicas of what you’ll find as a contestant. Whether you are aspiring to be a contestant, or like many of our clients just starting out, we can accommodate you.

Our coaches are also available for one on one or small group training in this area. Check our schedule for available open gym times.

Our obstacles include: 14′ warped wall, quintuplet steps, salmon ladder, double salmon ladder, unstable bridge, cliff hanger, rock wall, spider jump wall, 10′ spider climb, peg board, rope climbs, swinging rope/ring, balance beams, cargo net climb, cargo net swing, balance roll, balance tank roll, giant monkey bars, globe grasp.
