Rugged Obstacle Course (ROC) Training is comprised of two programs, ROC Elements and ROC Functional Fitness. Elements is an outdoor mobile program held on Sundays and Functional Fitness is Monday thru Friday program at the Shockwave SP athletic training facility. The two are strategically different programs founded from the same core ideals. Our mission is to help our clients become faster, stronger and more agile. These two programs will provide you with everything you need to become the best athlete possible. At our workouts you will train with other ROC Athletes directly focused on increasing strength and agility. Our group trainings utilize the team atmosphere found on the race course, while still pushing every individual to their max. We train on multiple obstacles that you will see throughout different obstacle course races, so you can feel comfortable and ready for the challenge ahead.
