United States Obstacle Course Racing Championships Partners With Operation Enduring Warrior

Adventurey, LLC, producers of the first independent United States Obstacle Course Racing Championships announced today a partnership with Operation Enduring Warrior, naming Operation Enduring Warrior as the Official Charity Partner of the inaugural event.

As part of the partnership, a portion of event profits will be awarded to Operation Enduring Warrior to support their mission to honor, empower and motivate America’s wounded military service members. Additionally, Adventurey will launch numerous marketing initiatives in support of the partnership and athletes will also be encouraged to donate to Operation Enduring Warrior during the registration process.

“We at Operation Enduring Warrior are delighted to announce the great honor of selection as the 2017 USOCRC Charity Partner,” said Kelly Farmer, VP of Communication for Operation Enduring Warrior. “Together, our organizations seek to promote the esprit de corps so overwhelmingly abundant in both the widely-popular obstacle racing and rapidly-expanding adaptive sport communities. Framed in the true beauty of the human spirit and encouraging the expansive personal growth of every individual who has ever lived in the shadow of limitations, our partnership solidifies the racing world’s own adaptability toward a world of inclusion and unity.”

“We are extremely honored and humbled to have Operation Enduring Warrior as our Official Charity Partner for the inaugural United States OCR Championships,” said event Co-Founder Brett Stewart. “Nothing is more American than supporting those who selflessly dedicate their lives to defending our liberties both home & abroad, and we are honored to do anything we can to help OEW continue their mission to help wounded service members overcome any obstacle.”
