Rope Walls are an obstacle that can be found at an obstacle race. The 12 Foot Rope Wall is not one to fear but one to get excited for at an obstacle race or mud run.


  1. Jump High, Grab Rope and Plant Feet as High as Possible on Wall

  2. Pull – With- Arms, Hand Over Hand

  3. “Walk” Your Feet Up the Wall

  4. Big Pull at the Top to Get Over the Wall
