Seth Buchwalter has no problem carrying that heavy bucket at the recent Spartan Race in SoCal.

This #MedalMonday comes with so much swag from #BlizzardBlast ! On top of the standard shirts and medals, they gave out head buffs, pop sockets and for the multi-lappers: flasks with the number of laps on them. This was a creative race that everyone really seemed to enjoy no matter your skill level.
