From young to old, muddy to clean, and everything in between Mud Run Guide is about highlighting all the best aspects of the obstacle course racing industry. Each week we highlight two members of our global community who are rocking it on and off the course. Our social media guru, Bonnie Wilson, combs our social media and picks two athletes to highlight weekly.
This week she highlighted Leon Kofoed and Stephanie Jo Allerton (stephaniejo24) for their accomplishments. First up is Stephanie's daughter who choose to dress up as a Spartan Pro Team member for spirit week. Stephanie writes: “Spirit Week. Dress like your favorite Pro Team! Lucy picked The Spartan Pro Team! Thank you @christian.warrior14@fayestenning_ocr @lindsaydawnwebster@reakolbl and so many others for being such an example to her.”

Our second community member of the week is Leon Kofoed (leonkofoed_ocr) showing off the extent of mud from the OCR World Championships. Leon writes:
“So yeah, this is how I feel about this weekend! All smiles and a good feeling that I left it all out there on the course. I know thousands of athletes did so as well and with this being my 4th World Championships, I can testify the growth of our sport is ridiculous. The competitive level is constantly rising and so is mass participation and the fan base – this gives me even more faith in an interesting future for OCR!
Organizers, Marshall, athletes and everyone following, thanks for one hell of a weekend, I'm excited to help grow the sport with you guys!”
