First, we have Michel Cayer, who is fighting back from a back injury and is already running again.

Woohoo ? After 6 long days of painful ? rehab for my back injury, I was able to run a 3.5k. I chose some steep up/down hills to activate the fluids in the hips/back. At the beginning it was scary ?because of the pain & stiffness but as I warmup my speed & mobility got better. I’m back on the track? Next, we have Lori, who is recovering from surgery for a broken ankle and is coming out of 2019 with a little extra hardware: 7 screws and a plate. We know you'll be back and stronger than ever as soon as you are ready!
