Race Recap: Terrain Race-Chandler, AZ

The Terrain Race in Chandler, Arizona was 3.2 miles of pure mud! This race was held on the grounds of Raw Hide, a special event venue located about 20 miles south of Phoenix.  Terrain has changed a few things up over the last few months and one of the first things that I noticed was that the starting line no longer took place in the infamous pools.

Race Recap: Terrain Race, Flagstaff

1,000's of people flocked to Flagstaff, Arizona to escape the heat of the valley and to compete in the Terrain Race on July 21st.  While the valley hit temps of 116 degrees, Flagstaff was an absolutely beautiful 75 degrees. 

Terrain Race: Slinger, Wisconsin

Wet, muddy, humid and hilly.  These four words perfectly describe the Terrain Race in Slinger, Wisconsin.  This race was held at Little Switzerland, a small midwestern ski resort located about 30 miles northwest of Milwaukee.  When we pulled up to the venue, the hills really did not seem too intimidating, especially considering the standard 5k distance of this race. 

Mogollon Monster Mudda 5k Mud Run

The Mogollon Monster Mudda 5k Mud Run has been held in Payson, Arizona every year since 2012 and has been rated "The most outstanding event in Arizona".  This race is a local, inexpensive, family-friendly event that boasts over 40 obstacles and some challenging terrain.
