The OCR European Championships takes place this weekend in The Netherlands. The OCR European Championships is put on by the EOSF - European Obstacle Sports Federation. While most in North America will not be making the trip to Europe over the weekend (June 30- July 2)
Shoe Review: Saucony KOA ST Tech Breakdown
Saucony has been a longtime favorite for many runners both on the trails and on the road. The company recently released two new shoes the KOA ST and KOA TR. Saucony's new shoes are not specifically designed for obstacle racing or mud runs. However, when a national brand creates a rugged shoe, it is definitely something to try.
Rugged Maniac Changes Refund Policy
Rugged Maniac announced yesterday a change in their refund policy. The new policy allows participants to receive refunds for any reason if they are unable to attend an event they are registered. The email sent to past Rugged Maniac participants was applauded by many participants in the industry.

Arnel Banawa was on hand to capture the OCR Series Finals in The Netherlands over the weekend. Capping off the series. Banawa also captured a beautiful tribute to Gitte Luers who died tragically a week ago at an obstacle. The video captures the essence of the series and pays tribute to a beloved member of the OCR Community.
