Mendon Zombie Run This is a zombie race designed to challenge your apocalyptic running skills, throughout this 5K obstacle race, there will be a series of man-made and natural obstacles you will have to endure.

Prior to the race, you will be given two (2) flags representing your health. Throughout the race, zombies will be after your flags and to eat out your brains. If you make it to the finish line with any remaining flags you have survived the zombie apocalypse. Lose all your health flags and you become one of the undead yourself. Prizes will be awarded to survivors of the zombie apocalypse. After the race there is going to dj's with a raging party, beer, and food for the apocalypse survivors.

Registration is non refundable but can be transferred to another runner if transfer waiver form has been filled out.

What You Get / What's Included:

Winners will get a number of prizes from t-shirts to water bottles and number of other surprises. There is going to be a large afterparty with live dj's, zombie movies, beer, and lot's of food.

Course Description:

This course is going to be through the woods with some challenging natural terrain. There will be 10 obstacles which will challenge your athleticism along with the senses you may not be used to using for survival. Along with the ten primary obstacles you will many other challenges and experiences which will provide a truly apocalyptic experience.

Aid Stations:

We will have a first aid station at beginning of the course and paramedics on standby. There will drinks and other refreshments at the survival line.

Prizes:

We do have specific prizes for the survivors of the apocalypse and also special prizes for our Zombies who will have a private ""VIZ"" tent with their own dj beer tastings and food.

Spectators:

There is no charge for spectators and we have free parking. Spectators are welcome to roam the start and finish line but not allowed on the course. Also spectators are welcome to participate in the after party.

Parking:

Parking is free and there is plenty of it.

Post Party:

We have awesome dj's, zombie movies, beer, food, tons of prizes and it's going to be an awesome party because we only throw awesome parties. Especially on halloween weekend. There is even going to be a secondary after hours party at our downtown club late into the night with no cover for zombie race runners.

Other:

A portion of the proceeds from this event to benefit Monroe County Parks Department for the development of Dog Parks
