Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Best fun run around!
I’ve done other obstacle fun runs before and guaranteed this one is my favourite! Everyone working is always having such a blast and it creates a fantastic atmosphere! Can’t wait to go again this year!

Obstacles were easy enough for people of all ages! Tons of fun no matter what your activity level, vendors were great and the over all energy of everything was awesome!! Can't wait until the next one!
I've always wanted to join but always afraid to go by myself. But next year my goal is to attend with or without a team.

I’ve done this particular run two years in a row and I’ve enjoyed the obstacles and fun atmosphere of the event. I like these types of fun runs because you can do them with family, friends or in a group. My group does a few different runs through the summer and this one is more relaxed but will definitely give you a nice challenge but without overdoing it. It’s fun for all ages as well.
Looked like it was so much fun. I’m disappointed that I didn’t go definitely going to go next year.
Toronto Foam Fest
This is probably one of the funnest runs you could possibly do! The atmosphere and the ppl are amazing. I only suggest more photographers and that the placement of the washrooms be away from or before a water/mud challenge.

Just Do IT
After running the Nova Scotia Mud Hero, we drove up Moncton, NB to run Foam Fest. It is a super fun race that is family friendly. A fantastic way to encourage the kids to stay active. The obstacles are fun, and not impossible to complete. It is suited for all fitness levels. We'll definitely do it again next year.
