Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Red Deer AB
Such a fun day! Obstacles were fun and everything was well organized. The weather got a little chilly later in the day but they had a fire going for anyone who was cold. Such a great day! Definitely looking forward to next year!
Stepped out of my comfort zone.
The night before the event I realized that I was doing this one solo. Other friends that had said they would do this with me bailed. It was contemplating just not going but when I awoke the morning of the event, I decided to go it alone. It was something completely out of my comfort zone (going alone) but I decided that it was something that I needed to do for myself and to boost my self esteem.
I was SO glad I did it. It was definitely a lot different than I had anticipated and pushed myself past my normal limits. At the end of the race I burst into tears, proud of myself....I had done it!
The race team and site were awesome but definitely think it would have been more enjoyable if I could have others there to enjoy it with me.
Next year, I am really hoping my son and I can do it together!

Foam fest red deer
Overall an amazing course! So much fun for literally anyone of any skill. The weather got a little chilly later in the day but there was a fire for anyone who was cold. Great day entirely. Everyone was super organized and friendly.

We had the most perfect day at 5K Foam Fest in Quebec. Obstacles were great, staff was fun and everything was well organized. We will register for next year for sure!

we had a blast. I would like for the smaller slides to have more water so you can cruise down them super fast.

We attended the 5k Foam Fest in Red Deer for our First Time,
Everything was well organized and the staff was super helpful.
This was so much fun, our team members could not stop blabing about how we should do this every year and who else should come....
I would suggest it to any body, any age (from 10 years up) and any size. The foam is like body lotion, moisting your skin and hair :) and does not burn your eyes at all. Any one can do this and take part in the fun......
I especially loved seeing some dress up for the event!!!

Foam fest Toronto...a blast
It should be a five star(but I couldn't fix it). My 10 year old and I did it together and had a fantastic time. See you next year!
