Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Had an amazing time! This event was fantastic! It is challenging yet fun! Will definitely be participating again, maybe at more then one event. Foam-tastic!
5km Foam fest Silver Star
Had a great time. Ran this race with both my kids. It was a nice level for us. Loved the obstacles. And really enjoyed the atmosphere both during the race and after. Would do another one. Looking forward to the 2016 at Sun Peaks.

I did the run with my best friend and we had the best time, I would highly recommend it. My 11 year old son wants to go in 2016.
the line up is totally worth it and the event is one in a kind . i think it is not to be missed !
Fun & Foamy 5K Foam Fest
We had a blast at this event. I loved that it was open for families, and I took my 13 year old son. There aren't very many races that allow him to register, so he was thrilled. I've never laughed so hard during a race event, as I did this one. I also liked that there were all levels of competitors out there. We ran the whole thing, but for those that couldn't, they didn't feel pressured that they had to.
Lose the lineups and you're tops
The lineups to get in through registration combined with RIDICULOUS bag check lines made for a frustrating start to the event. However, after that, it was a great experience for the most part. We were near the end of the first day, so one of the last foam pits was no longer shooting out foam, but other than that the obstacles were loads of fun. I did it with my four sons, ranging from 8-14, and everyone had fun.
It was rough, tough and fan-freakin-tastic!!!!!
So much fun!
Even though the weather was bad due to the smoke from the forest fires everyone here made it fun and enjoyable and we all had a blast!
A ticket straight to childhood! Not only you don't ask permission to get dirty but it is strongly recommended! Impossible to not laugh at all. It is accessible to everybody, not too difficult, just a bunch of fun!
5K Foam Fest 2015 Rocked the House
The Foam Fest was amazing, went with 5 people and we even got to go ahead of our scheduled time. It was amazing. Would reccomend for anyone and definitely doing it again! Was a blast!!
