Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

INCREDIBLE
This run was a blast, although there is some running it doesn't have to be very athletic, just FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was the absolute best run we have ever done and hoping to be able to afford to go next year my son and I had a blast!!!
This was an amazing event last year! Did it with some friends last year! The photographs were great! And loved receiving the towel and the medals were very nice! Look forward to probably participating this year too!
Nanaimo BC 5k foam fest
What a great event. It was my second year...and a different course. It was great for all ability levels and everyone cheered everyone on. The mud was muddy...the foam was foamy...the laughs were endless. I look foward to 2018!

Bubbalie, Wet, Muddy Crazy!
I was able to enjoy this event with my boyfriend, son and his girlfriend. My son doesn't run and he threw up and kept going like a trooper! I stretched a ligament and was not able to run for a few months but I'm healed and ready to kick this Foam Fests BUTT! I can't wait and will be back for as long as it comes to Dallas!
SO MUCH FUN
I did foam fest last year with 3 of my best friends and we had an AMAZING time! this is such a great event for people of all ages, levels of athleticism, and for people to try new things! I highly recommend this event to anyone who wants to have fun and get a little dirty!

It was my first time attending last summer and we had so much fun can't wait until next year!!
Sooooo fun!! Loved it. Lots of laughs, foam and mud. Had fun getting dirty. Can’t wait to do it again!!
