Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

DO THIS! You won't regret this!
I cannot explain in words the fun I had doing this! Everyone is so encouraging and kind. ALL levels of runners are welcome. And if you run like me (get the mental image of a wounded swan wobbling down a cobblestone path, in the dark, with an ingrown feather on its bum...got it? That's me) you will still enjoy this!

Great for all fitness levels!
I loved this run because there were people from all ages and all fitness levels. I didn't feel pressured to run the entire time but had so much fun going through all the obstacles I wanted to run to the next one! I will definitely make this a yearly tradition.
I went last year with my boyfriend and some friends to the Nashville Foam Fest and it was the most fun run I’ve ever done! I absolutely loved it. I’m not the type to “run” so I walked most of it lol. I loved every obstacle, but I think my favorite was the giant slide! Me and my boyfriend and maybe some friends are definitely going again next year! :)
Fun Race
This was a fun, easy race at a great venue. It's the perfect race for an obstacle course beginner to test the waters. We had a great time.

best time ever, obstacle and foam were the perfect ratio. our crew will return next year for more foam power....
This is the second year that myself and my family has participated in this event. This is got to be the most fun 5K anyone in our family has ever done. So much so that we have decided to make it an annual family events including our extended family. Almost like a mini family reunion.
Awesome Memories
Actually did not know how much of a "mud run" this was when i signed my mom up for this run. As scared as she was, she had a complete blast and this made a very memorable experience for us. She was SO proud she finished! This thing was so much fun, had many many laughs
This was the first mud run that my daughter and I did. This was so much fun. We are looking forward to doing this again!!
A lot of fun. I think more photographers would be good but they did do a really good job of organizing the pictures after the event.
