Today for Training Tuesday we focus on the bucket carry. The bucket carry is a staple of any Spartan Race. While the bucket carry is simple enough, you fill the bucket and carry it wherever the course directs. However, it is one of the easiest obstacles to strain a muscle in, as you carry heavy loads often up and down a mountain or hill.
