Fall has arrived and championship season is here! Everyone is gearing up for the Spartan World Championships in Lake Tahoe, CA this weekend. Who are you cheering for? Let us know in the comments!

While this weekend will focus on the elites of OCR, we want to highlight a few members of the OCR community who may not be competing in Tahoe but have achieved some of their own goals!

First, we have Shinsuke, who completed his first Spartan Stadion race last weekend in Philly. Now he's heading to Berlin to run a marathon. Good luck this weekend!

#medalmonday Last Saturday I went to Citizens Bank Park in Philly to run my first Stadion race and my second Spartan race of the year. After accomplishing the Stadion race, I now know why they call it Stadion. It’s because your actually running up and down throughout the whole stadium! . Basically, my objective was just to finish the race as in the back of my mind the Berlin Marathon was coming up the following Sunday. So, I just took it easy and definitely had fun with it. I missed a few obstacles and that’s because my left wrist was still not strong enough due to the injury that I had last year. I just took every obstacle head on and if I couldn’t do then I had to do the dreaded burpees. To be honest, instead of doing burpees i actually was doing squats. As I crossed the finish line, I knew what I had to do for next year so that I can grab my first tri-fecta! AROO…💪💪💪 . #spartan #spartanrace #spartanstadion #ocr #ocraddict #ocrcommunity #toughmudder #MudRunGuide #citychallengerace #fitness #fitlife #fitfam #marathoner #runner #running
