Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

First time! Great experience!
I had never done any type of race but as soon as I saw the word foam I got excited… It was my first and not my last 5K from Waze I can't wait to do it again next year! The obstacles are fun the phone was fun the mud was fun, overall it was fun! When is exercise ever fun ?? With foam and mud it is!
Weather wasn't as good but overall the experience, the volunteers and the events were phenomenal
Time of our lives!!!
My team had the time of our lives on this adventure!! It was nothing we have ever done before and were able to accomplish all the challenges that were presented to us!! The course was challenging but a lot of fun at the same time. We all had good laughs along with some bumps and bruises along the way. Definitely looking forward to doing again next year!!! Next time we are bringing along even more people!!
Took my nephew and we had a blast!! Going back next year.
Sun Peaks, BC- Foam Fest, THE BEST
I had so much fun running, sliding, falling and jumping into freezing cold water with soapy foam everywhere. My partner and I are recruiting a team for next years event! Sunpeaks was challenging with the hills but made the finish that much more of a success.
It was a great event! I ran it with my sister, teenage niece and preteen daughter and we had a blast. The fact that the money goes to help build homes for the less fortunate makes it that much more rewarding. We can't not wait to do it again next year and hopefully we can get a large group to join.
I super anxious when I first seen the course at Sun Peaks and realized that it was all up hill. I was totally not ready for that. Day of the race was an amazing and exciting experience. I cant wait to do the next one.

Second year doing this race with my daughters we love it and already have our our tickets for next year
Fun but nearly suffocated
First foam race. Done X-man races and mud races before. Level appropriated for whole family ( 2 girls 8 and 12 ). Major drawback: 2 obstacles were very unpleasant because we could not breathe thru all the foam ( replacing air in my nose ! ): it was panicking. The rest was fun.
Great family event
Second year running this course with my daughter and my best friend and her daughter. Beautful course, something we look forward to doing with our girls. This year was better than last year. I really liked the towels, instead of the tshirts. And appreciated the fact that the photo's were available for free this year. Would have liked for the 2015 photo's to be made public again. We made a lot of great memories that year being our first time at foam fest.
