Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Great event maybe I will go for the next time
Moncton 5K Foam Run 2016
Me and my co workers had the best time ever. We walked all the way..We laughed and giggle at every station...Next time we are bringing our water proof cameras to have more memories...We loved it loved it loved it
This was a great first experience to obstacle course racing. The obstacles were fun and a little challenging when the distance running and heat along with the mud pile up on my shoes and body was added to the mix. I loved running through all the foam and bouncy obstacles. Definitely will do this again!

Great family run... Some waiting for registration and on course but will do it again for sure!!!
3 rd year in a row me and my husband have done this race and we loved every one
Family Fun!
What a great Foamy fun time we had with family and friends. We got dirty, foamy and muddy going thru obstacles and the 5 km was over before we realized it. Can't wait to do it again next year.

5k foam Dalmatia
Was really good set up. Atmosphere was really up way and exciting. The course was fun, the crowd kept moving well. The giant slide was the best part!
Event was really fun and well managed. The grounds where the event was hosted were perfect. It would be great to have pre registration online to avoid the line ups and tell people where to get the free t shirt. The t shirt places were inconspicuous
