The 5K Foam Fest obstacle races, mud run, and OCR information, distance, cost, dates, calendar, discounts, obstacles, reviews, and more

Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Our whole family ran this race with friends. My 10 year old twins loved it! Even with rain and cooler temperatures we can't wait to participate next year.
Bringing the Kids Next
We had such a blast running this race. There was no pressure to be a top performer, the atmosphere was so positive it's impossible to not have a good time. We saw so many younger kids there that we decided to bring our 10 and 8 year old with us next year. Absolute blast!
My husband and I attended this event last year and absolutely loved it! It was so fun and I was impressed at how many obstacles I could actually do. We will definitely be back next year with more friends!!!
Sun Peaks Was Awesome
There were 6 of us who took part and it was incredibly fun. It was very cold that day but no one seemed to mind too much - very well organized and obstacles were huge and perfectly laid out. A little bit of a wait to get through some of the slower parts but otherwise perfect! Will probably attend next year if it is a little warmer! :)
Incredible event, really it was fun for the whole family. I do an event like this every year but now my wife wants to join because it was so much fun.
Perfect bonding time
Ran this with my 8 year old grandson. We had a blast! His words, "I think this is the funnest thing I've ever done with you Grandma" Will definitely do it again.
Ahhmazing
This event was nothing short of amazing. We gathered a team of 15 and unanimously had an amazing time! So much fun I can't wait to go back :)
So much fun to do!!!!!
This was so much fun! I ran it with my 2 sons, who were 15 & 13. I had a pulled groin, so I use the term "run" loosely. I'd say it was more of a limp/trot. We absolutely loved it, and it was such a fun thing to do as a family. Cannot wait to do this next year with my boys. Hopefully we can talk my husband into running it too!
p.s. The beach towels are the best :-)
Despite a rainy day we had a blast doing this as a group of 14 and all ages. The towel came in handy and the DQ treats hit the spot! The location on the beach made for a wonderful weekend getaway! Year 2 here we come!
My son and I did this run and LOVED IT!!!! He keeps talking about doing it again in 2017. He has invited his stepdad to join us.
