Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Foam fest family friendly
Excellent family friendly event. All details well looked after. My sons and I will participate again!
So. Much. Fun!
This was our first time participating and we loved every minute of it!! Just fabulous!! Just signed up again for next year!
So great but way too long of wait on the pind obstacles and slide. Will be back next year!!!
Mud Fest
It was awesome especially for first experience joining this Fest. I really enjoyed the run so much, especially the lily pad! Full of adventerous obstacle, and I never thought I did finish this run without encouragement from other people running in the fest. Everyone in my heat were really fun, positive, and encouraging ! :)
Only downfall is the lack of professional photographers along the obstacles. Other than that, it was worth every penny. Thanks Foam Fest, looking forward to next year bigger and better Fest!
Fun in the Foam
Best mud run I have ever done! Family fun for everyone and a few obstacles even scared the adults in the group! I will do this event every year that it comes to my area! The volunteers were helpful and cheerful, the grounds were clean and well organized, and the gear we went home with was high quality and fun to show off!! Loved foam fest!!! *dont inhale the foam!*
Fantastic first time!
This was my very first race event, ever! I had so much fun!
I organized a group- of course, by the time the event actually happened, the group was a little smaller than original signups, but four people makes for a good, close team!
We all had so much fun, challenged ourselves, and each of us said "I would totally do this again!"
Next year, Foam Fest, I'll be even more ready for you!

Getting my 13 yr old daughter to laugh & smile is certainly a chore these days....this run brought back the kid in her & sparked some fun !! A great mother/daughter bonding experience, definitely want to do this again next year !!!!
Total Blast!
My number one comment has been how much fun we had and all of the laughs - my group had a blast. I did Tough Mudder last summer and found this to be an awesome mini-event, that is simply fun for the whole family to enjoy. My only suggestion is also in planning for lineups. See you next year!

Fun obstacles, couple small backlogs but overall it was great! So nice to have another race on the island!
Filthy Clean Fun
So. Much. Fun. I think my cheeks had just as good a workout as the rest of my body thanks to smiling and laughing the whole time! I loved the funcore atmosphere. The obstacles were great. The only thing that could have made it better is if the line-ups for each obstacle were shorter. Other than that, it was perfect!
