The 5K Foam Fest obstacle races, mud run, and OCR information, distance, cost, dates, calendar, discounts, obstacles, reviews, and more

Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Foamiest Fun Experience
It was a rainy day, all the better to make it muddier. Our group I organized had 25 people at this event, ranging from 9 y/o's to 45 y/o's, It was an amazing event to do with such a range of age groups, It was challenging at times, and mud was definitely at the helm of the event. I have not had so much fun since I was a kid. We had mud fights, mud ball slinging at each other (this was not part of the event, but we made it part of our wave). Definitely will be there next year.
Foamtastic Time
After eying the event photos for a couple of years, I was so happy to finally get involved myself for 2015 Toronto! I even managed to get my boyfriend, mom, brother and sister together to do it as a team with me! It was for sure, a fun family event. Even the other activities offered during the day, the food and the energy were incredible! Only suggestion I have for next event is more washing stations haha! Thanks for a fun time, looking forward to another run in the future!
A good time
My wife and I had a good time. We thought the track was a good challenge. She didn't like that it was so dirty. :)
Overall we would do it again.
Filthy Fun
Last year's Toronto Foam Fest was a wicked good time.Foam and then filth. I loved it.
the huge foam bubbles at the beginning were a blast to start of the run. We completed every obstacle, but it was nice to know, if need be, we could skip one or two.
Highly recommend this run. you go from to mud to foam. Slides, walls, mud pits.... something for everyone.
FUN TIMES!
It was a great race with the right amount of challenge. I had a fantastic workout while having fun!! I was my first time doing the foam fest and also my first obstacle run. I would say more water stations and something fun to do for our supporters while they wait (the obstacles and wait lines at the stations make it for a very long 5K!)
We had lots of fun doing the Foam Fest in London! It was my first time ever and totally worth the torture for sure; my only suggestion is they should have had more water stations as they only had 2 throughout the entire course and it was a very hot day!!!
We had lots of fun this year, but I would suggest wearing long sleeves and pants. Once you get covered in mud, the slip and slide and inflatables leave really bad scrapes on your skin which isn't super fun. The coarse was set up well though, a good balance of distance between obstacles.
there was more foam this year, than the year before. loved it more obstacles a plus,
What an awesome event full of mud, sweat and laughter!!!
J'ai adoré mon expérience! C'était un bon défi de courir sur le Mont St-Bruno et les modules gonflables étaient super amusants! Excellente façon de fêter mon anniversaire avec mes amis! Merci!
