Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Fantastic Time
My son and I participated in the 5K Foam Fest and had a fantastic time. What great family fun we had together. Just enough of a challenge for the both of us!! We were proud of ourselves and each other. The rest of my family will be joining us next year. CAN'T WAIT!
5K Foam Fest Winnipeg
I went with my sister, my niece and a friend! We had a BLAST, it was so much fun for myself, there were so many times I was laughing so hard I was crying! :) Playing in the mud is right up my alley, it is so invigorating! We had a start time for 3 but it got cancelled due to lightning! When we were 3 quarter way done they started taking down the equipment and over half the guides to take pictures n such were packing up and leaving! That was our ONLY disappointment!
Total blast
It was first fun run ever & I had so much fun! It was a huge accomplishment for me to finish & go down the huge slide at the end! The event staff were awesome & I can't wait to do it again in 2016. I am more excited by the fact my husband & son are going to participate with me! Thank you so much for bringing it back to Saskatoon in 2016!

Amusement park of fun runs!
This was the best fun run I've done & ive done a number of them here & in the US. I call this one the amusement park of fun runs...... It was such a blast! Can't wait for next year!

I had a great time!!! Wish there were more foam blow ups, but was a great day, and the medal was a nice reward at the end!!!
Foam fest fun!
Had a lot of fun, much more then expected! Waiting wAs long btw things to do but other then that had a blast!
SO MUCH FUN
Took my 75 yr old mother and my 8 year old niece. We had a blast. Such a great day. The best part about it is that you don't HAVE to run. Just go at your own pace and have fun! Next year my daughter and my brother are on board, too! The Skyfall was a neat extra. I'm not sure I'd do it again, but I'm glad I was brave enough to do it once. I've done other obstacle courses that were more difficult, but this one is better because it really is good for the whole family.
This event was so much fun! I absolutely loved it. The only thing I would consider to do different next time would be to have more people helping out runners at the front gates taking tickets. It was hard to find someone to give us direction.
I liked how the race wasn't all at once and there was different start times throughout the day!
