Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

It was amazing! Me and my cousins had so much fun!! I am even missing my grad to go this year. I loved it so much! Thank you for making such a great event!
so much fun
Went with a group of girls, we all went for fun..and had just that. Line ups were a little bit long but it gave us some time to chit chat and enjoy the day. Was an awesome beginner level obstacle run. Will be coming back in 2016 with my kids!
First time but certainly not the last time ! We had a blast! Family and friends running for pure fun. Very well organized too. Can't wait for next season!
I had a great time running the Winnipeg Foam Fest. Going down the long slide into a pool of muddy water was awesome. It all came down to a grulling stop when I injured my hamstring on the lilly pads. Looking forward to doing the run again next year!

A lot of fun with friends and kids. Love the bubbles ! Great slides, especially the one we did by four.
It was an absolute blast! Volunteers were friendly and fun. The course was a blast. Can't wait for 2016!

I have done a few fun obstacle races. I found that the foam fest was the most expensive and most unorganized event I have done. With the pricing increasing closer to the event made it harder to get friends to sign up. Cost $5 per picture, and the pictures were awful. Where with other mud runs you get the pictures they take included in your entry fee, since you cant take your camera around. The run was not well marked - our heat went in the wrong direction for half a km before being corrected by a staff member. And half of the obstacles that should have had water running on them did not. It was like they forgot to get the water running. People ended up just walking over these obstacles instead of sliding on them. Not sure if I would do another foam fest or recommend to others.
It was blast I had such a great time with my sister her fiancé and my girlfriend it was the best excuse to get them dirty and through mud at them the water slides were the best part went on all 3 of them and it was really fun running around with everyone and the foam all in our faces can't wait to do it again in 2k16 with more of my friends!!
