Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

It was a lot of fun. We I liked a lot about it was it wasn't too far of a drive out of the city. Lots of fun!
Awesome time
It was the first time that Foam fest came to Saskatoon at it was a blast. I did it with my two daughters who were 15 and 13 it was a great time . We all finished with a smile. so proud of us for signing up and completing it. Can't wait for next year.
This fun run was very fun! Had a blast, would rather go at an earlier time because it got a little contested but other then that it was great
Super fun! A little on the cold side at times...but we pushed through and completed the course! Next year I'm going to bring my son...he will love it!

Fun and new experience! Wish there had been more water stations and even a gatorade/replensih stop mid way. The line ups to some of the obstacles were really long and the time of year could have been more closer to the summer so it wasnt so chilly! overall lots of fun and a good thing to try
So Much Fun!!
This was my first 5k race. I was skeptical at first because I'm not in shape and didn't think I could do it. Am I ever glad I did! I had so much fun!! The race was fun, entertaining, and messy! It was an absolute blast. I took 3 of my friends with me. It was there first time too and we all had so much fun. Can't wait to do it again next year in 2016!!
5k Foam Fest the start of it all
The 5k foam fest was the first race I had ever signed up for. Me and my friend signed up together as the start of a new lifestyle. Since then I have participated in 9 other runs and feel the best I have ever felt. All thanks to the amazing time I had at 5K foam fest montreal!

Foam Fest 2015 on Silver Star mountain was awesome. This was my first time doing any fun 5k like this and it was a great first experience. It was a far distance for me to travel to get to it though so I am excited to see another BC location, this time much closer to where I live. I have gone from a team of 2 last year to 13 and counting this year and I am looking forward to Foam Fest 2016.
So much fun!
We had a super time at the Foam Fest at Silver Star. The event was well organized and the obstacles were a lot of fun. There was a bit of waiting to be done at each obstacle which could be pretty chilly if you were in the shade! Not sure how you would fix that though, when there are approximately 5000 participants... it's probably just a reality that you will have lines. Great fun for runners of all shapes and sizes!
Tons of Fun
This was my first mud race (My husband thought it was going to be a bunch of girls in bikini's prancing around in bubbles, lol) It was a blast. I went with a group of girlfriends, it was tougher than expected, but totally fun!
