Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Foaming at the feet
We took part in the Toronto Foam Fest as a family with two young children, ages 9 and 11. Although my partner had participated in different runs this was the first for me and the girls. It truly brought our family together as we helped each other conquer the obstacles and, quite often, our fears. We knew we wouldn't be breaking any speed records but the closeness it brought to our family was amazing and what a fantastic day of fun. Nothing says a day well spent like a foamy bath at the end of a challenging day.
Thanks you foamtastic folks! We started planning attending the run in 2016 before we even finished the race.
Had a blast can't wait to do it again in August celebrating my 35th birthday.

Needed to have a lot more mud. No water in the mud holes but overall a GREAT event !! Lots of FUN..... :)
Great experience! Had a blast being challenged and conquering a few of my fears! Favourite thing was the Lilly pads! Had a blast running across it. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the combination of dirt and slip and slides. Nothing more painful then feeling like you are sliding on sand paper.
We planned a family fun day and this was what my kids wanted to do. It was a lot of fun and the girls can hardly wait to do it again this year. The only thing I would like to bring to your attention was there was lots of sand on the slides and it really scratched the skin when we went on them. It may have needed more water or washed down more frequently but other than that was a great event I would highly recommend!
First Time for Everything
This was the first "mud" run for my hubby and I and it was the very first ever 5K that our 8 year old did. We all had such a blast getting through the obstacles, mud and LOTS and LOTS of FOAM!!! :) We will be taking our son again this coming summer for round 2! It was a very well organized event that could've used a bit more foam versus mud portions but overall a super fun experience
was my first time doing foam fest and I had a blast! A few obstacles could have used a little more padding but that's ok haha would and am going to do it again in a heartbeat!!!!
What a great race in a very accessible location for everyone who attended! Would recommend it to all ages and abilities.
