Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Had a fantastic time at Foam Fest!!! Will be doing it again at Sun Peaks this year!!
This run was outstanding. We went with a group that varied in age from 10yrs to 55 yrs and everyone had a great time. Some walked, some jogged, some ran but all had fun! We got muddy, dirty and foamy!! The staff were super friendly and helpful and everyone at the run was having a blast. We would definitely do this even again.
Great Time!
I gathered the Faculty of Villainy to run 5K Foam Fest and we had a great time!
Good:
- Registration was smooth
- "Festival area" was fun
- Merch was good, my wife loved the hoodie she bought.
- The course was fun, most of the obstacles were pretty easy.
- The foam obstacles in particular were great.
- The bling at the end was excellent.
Not so Good:
- Pacing of the course was not great. There were a number of obstacles that had long waits. Particularly the water slides. More and / or more difficult cardio in between would help.
- Shirts. The shirts were unimpressive, but to make matters worse, they didn't have my size. What's the point of putting your T-Shirt size if they're going to run out by midday?
All together, it was a good time and we plan on returning next year. Hopefully, the small hiccups will be addressed.

This was my first time doing Foam Fest and I have to say, it was awesome! I am extremely terrified of heights and was shocked that I survived that giant inflatable slide near the end. My heart has never beat so fast. But wow, what an adrenaline rush.

Had a blast! The course was great! I loved the lily pads the most! Can't wait for the next race in 2016!!!
Great family event
I have done multiple obstacle runs before but getting to one with my 10 and 12 year old daughter was priceless!! We loved every minute of it!! What a blast!!
Awesome experience!!, I participated last year for my first time with my teenage daughter and her boyfriend and we had a blast.
Best time ever!!!
I was so glad that I had the chance to share this experience with my family and friends, we all enjoyed every minute of it and my daughter had the chance to vanquish her fear of heights by jumping to the air mat. Great family outing for those that like to challenge themselves.

The dads kept up the kids up at the mountain and the moms went wild into the mud! Such a fun day with a bunch of girlfriends. Next year moms vs dads?
Great Fun!
This was my first Foam Fest and it was great fun! There were only a couple of places where I could see room for improvement. 1. At a couple of the obstacles (like the large rope climb/wall) there was a huge backlog of people waiting around for their turn to climb up and over. Perhaps for some of the obstacles, where you are restricting the number of people on it at one time, you could put up a second one, so that twice as many people could be accommodated? 2. The inflatable slides were pretty dry...the water sprinklers were either not on at all or were only working on one of the four chutes; so, you got pretty scratched up from all the gritty mud/sand on the chutes. But overall it was fun! I've already signed up for next year!
