Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

First time for our group. Had an amazing time. So challenging but a lot of fun. Can't wait to go again.
a blast!!
My sisters and I had a blast doing the race in Quebec city! We were completely amazed with the organization and the good service we got before and during the race.
We have posted it on facebook and all our friends would like to join the group next year! Itd be amazing to do it again!

Lots of fun! The obstacles were awesome and some were rather challenging. It was fun for the whole family. The lines got long at some points and my only recommendation would be to try to improve this some way. Great fun though!
Foamy muddy fun
I think Foam Fest has to be my favourite fun run of the year. My friends and I had an absolute blast navigating the course and the obstacles. It's a great site for the run. Next year I'll bring my kids. Though you do need more giant slides, the queues were crazy.
Honestly it was one of the funniest runs I have done. I invited my sister and 2 friends and they loved it. It was their first run like this and they also loved it
Not enough mud
I went with my family and we had a blast! The only bad part was that there wasn't enough mud. The organizers get a little bit of a pass because of the drought we were having but I still wish there was more mud on the course. That said I'll be running it next year just maybe at a different venue.
Had soooo much fun with my family !!!It was awesome my favorite part was the slide !! This was my first event and it will not be my last !! See ya in 2016!!!! :)
Downright DIRTY fun!!!
There was a small group of us ladies who participated in Foam Fest in Red Deer in 2015. We had an absolute BLAST!!!! The energy from the organizers was quickly contagious as the crowd was fired up and out to have fun! We even participated in the free fall jump set up over by the Merch. Stand. It was fun, exhilarating, muddy and something people of all fitness levels were able to complete. There wasn't a time when my entire group weren't having a great time - and for the most part we laughed throughout the course. Already have a team started for 2016 with several more people interested in joining us !!

Its was a blast ! And such a fun thing to do with siblings ! A little mud and foam covered sibling rivalry doesnt do any harm ;) i would do it again for sure this coming year!
Nous etions une equipe de 8 spiderman, pret tout, nous avons eu un enorme plaisir a gravir tout les etapes de la courses... Tout le monde s'encourage, peut importe l'equipe, c'est super... Je ne veux pas en manque une... Je me mets mm en forme pour en profiter au max.... Merveilleuse evènements n'arrreter jamais...
