Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

GO SUDSISTERS!! Was a great day for Foam Fest at Wasaga Beach! Had a great time with my friend and we are looking forward to attending the event again next year. We especially liked the fact that part of the course went through the water. A slight issue with limited parking and a higher than expected parking fee but otherwise a good time all around. It was great to see the range in both age and ability at this event - Come One, Come All!
The run was very fun! Tons of foam and mud! Highly recommend this run to anyone!
This was such a blast. Did this with the whole family and friends. Can't wait to do it again in 2016. Trying to think of new costumes so we stand out more. It was a little cold but sooooooo much fun.
My husband and I did our first run this year and it was so much fun that we are signing ourselves and our 2 kids up for next years run in Kamloops!

My first foam fest me and my friends did, it was a bit tough being on a ski slope but it was a fantastic time and I'd love to do it again! In fact me and my friends are planning on it this year!
Fun!
There was 4 adults and 3 eleven year old boys in our group. The boys absolutely loved the mud, the foam and the obstacles. The favourite obstacle of our group was the Lilly pads. The only negative was the long lines at the end to get your warm dry stuff. Standing still -soaking and muddy in the cold wasn't fun. Appreciated the changing tents! Really enjoyed ourselves and would love to do another!
it was the best race I've ever done! very fun & well organized. a little late in the season because of the cold but much fun to be had all around!
Amazing Time
What an amazing event! While it was far more difficult than I expected we had amazing time. Everyone has a blast while working really hard. I've already signed up for next year and can't wait to do it again (and hopefully improve...especially on the mats across the water...those things were killer!!)
FUNCORE
My girlfriend is a hardcore runner, while I'm not. This run was perfect for us, something we both can finally enjoy. We are planning on going every year, last year we had a group of 6-8 people, this year I'll have an action camera, and maybe do some funky costumes. We had the time of our lives, I extremely recommend this to everyone.
