Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

So much fun!!`
I entered with some team mates from my basketball team and it was sooo much fun! It was a very hot day so all of the water helped keep us cool (didn't matter how dirty we got!!) The foam spray at the end was the best!! Looking forward to getting more team mates this year!!
Omgosh, I can't say enough about how fun this was., went with girls from work and we had such a riot, we had so many giggles and still chuckle about the 'race' .whether I win tickets or not...I am so doing this yearly..., this year I plan on taking my kids and their friends! Thank you for the opportunity and can't wait till next year!!!!!
Besides the smoke, the run was fun and great.
Some of the machines were not working however, and I agree that there should be km markers.
Suck it Up Princess!
We had a blast!!! Foamy foamy fun!!!!I went with a team of the 13 most amazing women! We had cute team shirts made and tutus - of course! The event was spectacular! the obstacles were tough, the hills were tougher, the 5.5 K course was a wonderful team-building experience! The giant slide was my FAV! The event was well organized, although they could have used a few more medical staff on site. I wear my medal proudly!!!
Foam Fest was an absolute blast. My friends and I ran it together. We laughed the whole way through. Super fun!!!

Great Time!
It was my first time doing the course with a friend of mine. It was a lot of fun and the sand made things more challenging. I will definitely be doing it again next year and hope to get a bunch of people out with me. The one thing that could improve the experience is adding a timer at the start and finish of the race, so those who want to know what their time was and/or to beat a personal best will have an accurate time.

Had a blast! My husband who isn't even a runner did it with me! Loved the big slides! Had it not been for the smoke from the forest fires it would have been the perfect day!
I've done many mud runs over the past few yrs, this one is by far the most fun. Amazing atmosphere.
Muddy Adventure!
This was my first 5K Foam Fest! It was actually my first 5K ever!!! I went with my daughter (16) and niece (14). We had so much fun with the obstacles and playing in the mud!! We have already bought our tickets for 2016 and are busy recruiting our friends!!! I recommend this to everyone! No matter your age or fitness level!!
