Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

WOW fun!
All I can say is WOW!! A group of us decided to do this on a whim, and let me tell you.......it was FUN! None of us were in great shape, some not at all, but we made it! We had such an amazing time, the whole event was set up well, safe, fun and could easily be modified to suit any fitness level. It was muddy and foamy and fabulous! Would love to go again, just have to find a 2016 date/time that works for us all! Thanks Foam Fest for the most exciting way to donate to a good cause!
Ottawa 5K Foam Fest 2015
The course was very fun, well organized, and safe. One obstacle in particular, however, resulted in a 40 minute wait for my group due to extremely long lines. This was for the tall bouncy slide. Overall though an excellent and well-coordinated experience.

Attended foam fest with my 14 year old daughter and partner. We had such an amazing time. One the of the funnest things I've ever done.
Did this with my 11 year old son. It was his first obstacle race. It was so much fun, and well organized. Great location too! We'll do this one again next year for sure.

Got together with a group of friends new and old for this event, very well organized, great location and fun as can be. Hard to imagine you can have such a good time while getting exercise! If you have never been,sign up. You will not regret a minute of your time.

Amazing opportunity to get active!
This event was amazing! It was my first 5k event. I did it with a friend and was so excited to try it out! Everyone encouraged everyone and the mood is infectious! When you cross the finish line you feel like a million bucks and you get a metal and treats to boot!
Free tickets for 2016
A group of us friends completed the event at Silver Star in Vernon! Wanted to run it again when we finished it was so much fun. Will definitely be attending next year! Hope for warmer weather! :)
