Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Fun Race
Fun race that is distinguished by the inflatable obstacles. Good race for every ability group, and fun to do as a group. The inflatable obstacles make an adult feel like a kid all over again.
Had a blast at 5K Foam Fest
This run was a blast. I had soo much fun, giggled and laughed thru the entire run. I have run other mudruns, but the inflated obstacles and foam combined to make it a boat load of laughs!
Birthday Run
Did this race as a family for my daughters 10th birthday and it was surprisingly more challenging than I anticipated. Running in the sand was quite tough. Loved the water obstacles, Wasaga Beach is beautiful :)
My sister and I ran this together and had a great time! It was enough of a challenge and fun at the same time! I think we enjoyed the fails (wiping out off the lilypads) as we did the successes!
Awesome Time!
My boyfriend and I did the foam run in Nanaimo last year and had a blast. We aren't runners by any means but didn't feel any pressure to meet a certain time or anything. We were just there to climb, slide and splash and we did exactly that. Highly recommend!!! We'll be going back this year for sure!
Enjoyable
We had a blast, group of 5 people took part in the 5k foam fest in Toronto. Each event along the way of the 5k, meet new people and many...many laughs. No matter what you fit level is, it is meant for all!
