Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Such a fun experience! Fit or not this is fun for everyone!
Such a Blast!
My daughter and I did our first fun run together at Foam Fest in Saskatoon and what a blast. The big slide was a thrill! We laughed and had so much fun during the entire event! We went on to do Tough Mudder in Toronto in August. These events are the most fun you can legally have getting down and dirty with a bunch of strangers!!
Haven't had so much fun!
I went my first time this fall in Moncton NB and it was a BLAST! I had so much fun with my family and friends and I am definitely up to going again next year! I especially like the TALL water slide, it certainly gave me a rush. I have already recommended other friends and family to attend so hopefully, my group will be even larger than it was this year. A bit of warning though, if it's your first time and you're not particularly active, TAKE YOUR TIME. IT is quite the challenge but very rewarding in the end.
Did the run for the first time with my sister and WE LOVED IT!! Definitely making it a yearly tradition!
FUN RUN IN THE SUN!
I participated in the 5K Foam Fest as my 1st run. It was extremely well organized and loads of fun. Accessible to all fitness levels. Walk it or run it, its your choice. There is absolutely no pressure if you feel uncomfortable with an obstacle you can omit it. I highly recommend the Foam Fest Fun Run. For a fun run in the sun this is the one!
Great Time!!! Laughed Our Heads Off!
My daughter and I had a great time at the 5K Foam Fest Fun Run. We have never laughed so hard!! The event was well run, the course was well marked, and the staff was very helpful. Looking forward to 2018!
