Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

We had such an amazing time!! This was our first year going and we will definitely do again. I have totally recommended this to all my friends to join us next year -- such a great experience :)

This run is so much fun!! Almost guaranteed you'll end up with mud in your eye/mouth/nose and/or ear(s) but that's the fun of it!! I definitely recommend, if my friends thought it was as fun as I did we'll be doing it again next year!!
I had a blast even though the event posed some challenges for me me that I had to overcome, namely the fear of heights! I pushed on on though and so glad that I did, it's an unforgettable experience!
Participated in this with my family and friends and had a wonderful time being active, challenging ourselves, and getting foamy! Awesome obstacles and event all together! Good music, good people, and good times! Can't wait to do it again next year!

I LOVE the Foam Fest! I've participated in the race 4 years in a row now and I plan to make this an annual event. Every year I bring new friends and we enjoy the laughs of the best summer run there is!
I'm looking forward to doing this race again next summer!
I had a blast the last FoamFest I entered. Our team plans on attending again in 2017!
This was my first Foam Fest and certainly not my last! I decided to take part because all the videos looked like fun. I was extremely overweight and signed up 6 months before the actual event date, and this was the push I needed to jump start my healthy lifestyle. I had sat on the sidelines watching other people live for so long that one night I just signed up and was determined to put in a ton of effort to train and complete this event. Fast forward to the event, everyone was so welcoming and there was such a happy exciting energy I knew if nothing else I would have fun. My girlfriends who have supported me through this journey joined me and we completed this super fun obstacle course in pretty good time. When I got that metal I cried like a baby because before this I had never done anything like this and it just showed all my hard work had paid off!!! By that day I was over 70 pounds lighter!
This really is such a fun event and other people, complete strangers were so encouraging and kind, giving high 5's when they would pass by and cheer you on it made it feel like one giant team! I would recommend this to anyone, it has sparked the athlete in me and I can't wait until Foam Fest this year!!!
Awesome event!
Our team really enjoyed this event! It was definitely an event for all abilities and the volunteers were really encouraging! Weather could have corporates just a LITTLE more but it made the heaters at the end that much more exciting. Can't wait to do expand the team and do it all again!
This was our first OCR and we had a great time. I was the senior citizen of the group at age 50, and my children and their friends ranged in age from 22-28. We are definitely doing it again in 2017. Great family event, saw a lot of families there with younger kids.
Saskatoon Foam Fest
I did this Foam Fesr with my Man Friend.... We both had an amazing time..... Wish there would have been more pictures of the mud pits but the weather played a part in that I believe. It was such a blast that I want to bring my 3 teenagers this coming summer! Thankyou for raising money for amazing causes.... And for making it fun to donate!!!
