Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Had a great time with my 13 year old cousins. Challenging but still fun and doable for all ages. Will be back next year.
Lots of fun! Running the 2017 race with my 7 & 9 year old.

This was my second foam fest. Red Deer was much better than Saskatoon but saskatoons faults were weather / forest fire related and not that of the event itself. I ran Red Deer with my partner and a coworker who is waiting for a hip replacement. We all had an amazing time and hope to race together again in 2017 as it will be our last time together due to military postings. Foam Fest was the first of 5 races for me this summer including Rugged Maniac, Mud Hero, Spartan Super and the Inflatable Race. I thoroughly enjoyed them all but Foam Fest was one of my favourites.

Plaisirs fou ! Avec ma gang, nous avons tellement rit qu'en repartant j'avais plus mal aux abdos d'avoir autant rit qu'au jambes !!! On veut revivre l'expérience en 2017 !!!

La file d'attente pour débuter était un peu longue mais après avoir rajouter des guichets, tout était parfait!
Le personnel et les bénévoles étaient souriants et patients. Les obstacles étaient boueux comme on les aimes et la serviette que nous avons reçue est superbe!
Nous avons adorés notre expérience et reviendrons l'an prochain c'est sûr!

this was our third time doing foam fest and it gets better each year. It is an event that we look forward to going too and winning free passes would secure we bring another group again for 2017. everyone should attention this event as a family, as a couple or just as a bunch of friends/teams as there is no pressure and is not a competition about time or talent...it is plain awesome fun!!!
My first and best running experience EVER
I am so impressed at the work that went on to make this great event as wonderful as it was. This running event was my first 5K run ever and the experience was out of this world. The team really did a fabulous job with all the obstacles. The event location was perfect and there was such a great turn out. I loved receiving a prize at the end of it all as well, a momento I will keep forever. I can't express enough how appreciative I am to the teams who set this up, FABULOUS JOB!! You make running for a cause so much fun and I can't thank you enough.
I will be back again!!! :)
The weather was wonderful and the event was unforgettable. The group had an wonderful time and it will be redone next year with more people in the group.
