Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Had a blast! Even though it was raining it was still a great time ! Defiantly will be doing this again! I also enjoyed the free ice cream and drinks they had !
This was my first time doing the 5k foam fest and I can't say enough about it I had a great time now I'm a bigger girl so I was not able to do the wood climbing obstacles cause I was pooped but my friends and myself are already looking forward to next year and are already doing some training!

This was my first experience with Foam Fest (2016) and I had a great time (despite the poor weather). Looking forward to next years run!
Amazing Experience
I had the most amazing experience with my first 5k foam fest run! This was a very special run for me not only because I was able to run it with both my daughters but also a very good friend. We were all very honoured to run "(fly)like and eagle" for my brother and my friends son who both died tragically. They both represent the eagle because my brother loves The band "The Eagles" and her son drew them. Thank you for bringing us all together for a fun and amazing event where we laughed and screamed (with joy)!
Love foam fest,I've done it twice at wasage beach and hoping to do it again!!! Great course!
A few Hockey moms and our children decided to do this run together and my son and I had a blast; we agreed this is something we are going to do together every year! This was our 1st time doing the run!!
