Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Family fun!
Last year my daughter and I were able to run the event together. I watched her like a proud mom thru every obstacle. As we got up to the them the look on her face was priceless so
Etching as a parent that'll be engrained with me forever. She tackled every challenge and loved every min of getting dirty!!she still talks about the run we did together. Next year my son will join us and I am so thrilled to be able to have the opportunity to share a fun filled messy dirty day that keeps us active as a family!! Opportunities like those are hard to come by. And the memories we have made together will stay with me and my kids for a lifetime. Thank you for giving us this!

My best friend and I came from PEI to partake in our first foam fest. We had an absolute blast. Was never a dull moment and had a ton of laughs. Definitely planning on taking it in again in 2017 only this time bringing a group from PEI and dressing in up in some costumes to symbolize where we are from!
Had a Blast being with the Fab 5 group. What a way to spend a girls day :) Would definitely consider doing this again next year !

We really love our experience! The only things is that we will like if we get more obstacles and less thing that we have to climb and pass over
I absolutely loved doing this race! We signed up as a family (three adults, 2 teens) and we all had a great time ; we laughed, we sweat, we got muddy, foamy and wet but it was so worth it!

FUN!
This fell on our 5th wedding anniversary so we HAD to sign up! This was our first Fun Run and won't be the last! I was cursing myself for signing up while conquering that first MOUNTAIN of a ski hill but after that it was tons of fun ;)
moi et mon fils avons bien aimé mais pas assez d'obstacles ou sinon plus long. car j'ai fais lui du mon avila en sept 2014 et j'ai préféré, les obstacles plus boiteux et mieux fais. mais sinon on a bien rient!!!

We had a fantastic time at Foam Fest this year! Kudos to the organizers for the effort in making this event a success!
So Fun
this years foam fest was very cold and raining which made for a great Mud run. this was the first 5Km race my 10 year old daughter has ever done and she talks about it to this day. We laughed so much and even shivered a little. It is a non-timed event which put no pressure on my kids. I would highly recommend it for a family to do. I did find the lineups at the obstacles too long. at some of them we waited more then 10 minutes.

This was just a great time! we were a team of I think 11 and what a great time we had! we will be back next year! Very well organized!
