Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Can't wait!
I didn't get a chance to participate this year, but I heard so many fun things about this event that myself and my friend have a team of about 15 already signed up for 2017! Looking forward to it!
So much fun
Went with a friend who's not usually into these types of events and we had a lot of fun. Loved the fun and relaxed vibe of the event, and that you could go at your own pace. We plan on returning next year!
Fun but poorly planned. Little crowd control, ID sheets used to ID pics had safety pins to secure it and kept coming off which caused several people to loose their ID marker and even needing to miss part of the obstacles. Nothing in place to show time taken to do course (Mud run had tags you placed on shoes which would track time from start to end.) Advertisement showed items not found on the course or were available but at an extra cost (Drop obstacle seen at the start of the ad video.). As well the amount of pics per individual was disappointing. Having done the Mud Run earlier in the year, I found the price for the Foam Run to be a bit pricey comparably to the Mud Run.

I registered with some friends, had the best time and will be registering for Foam Fest 2017 - told my husband he is coming also. My kids were excited to see the big slide and eat to join but they are 5yr and 6yr - told them when they are of age of course we would make it a family affair!!! Thanks Foam Fest :(
Nanoose Oozes Foam & Fun !!
What a great event - my whole family had so much fun. It was a cooler and the sun was not in our favor but even with the weather not cooperating we had such a blast.
Great group of friends joined us and meet some foamy / muddy people along the way =0)
My 2 boys (9 & 11 years) were able to do most of the obstacles and had so much fun....they cant wait to do it again !!!
Great Family Events
We went as a family and it was a great race for all of us - challenging enough for the adults to keep it interesting and loads of foam and mud to put huge smiles on the kids' faces! We hope to be back next year.
