Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Had a terrific time. It was well organized and the towels were a great idea instead of t-shirts! My sister in-law,daughter, niece and myself plan to make this an annual event!!
Sunpeaks Foam Race = Awesome
We had so much fun at this race, it was gruelling uphill hikes to each obstacle, but getting muddy and foamy made it worth it! We are planning a return trip next year with more friends/family in tow.

I did this event with 17 women and we had a blast! Last year we did Mudderella in Whistler and it was ok. The Foam Fest at Sun Peaks was by far better! It was the perfect distance with the perfect amount of fun obstacles! Just when you were getting tired of running, there was another obstacle! Just the right amount of foam and mud! Sun Peaks was a great location, small enough so you could catch up with your friends but big enough that is has good restaurants and pubs. Looking forward to doing it again!
We had so much fun and so many laughs. Very well organized. Our team is really happy to hear the event will run again for 2017. Thanks for a great time.

I am so glad the location was moved to Sun Peaks which is why I wanted to attend again for the 2nd year in a row. We had a great time once again, and it was even better because Sun Peaks is awesome for restaurants and shops, and beautiful homes to rent. The obstacles were all the same, which is fine but it would be nice to see a new one added in here and there :) Last year my review was that there needed to be more foam because we had a later wave time and it seemed the foam was watered down muck instead! This year there was TONS of foam so it was awesome! Another comment of mine was the lack of photographers last year, which seemed to improve slightly this year but it still would be nice to see someone at every obstacle or every other obstacle, but the fact that photos are FREE this year makes up for that! Super thankful for the free photos. I love this run because it's so laid back, it's literally for EVERYONE of all shapes and sizes and experience levels! For the people that are intimidated by events like tough mudder and things alike, this event is for you!

We had such a great time at the foam fest in Kamloops bc at sunpeaks. We enjoyed every single obstacle that was there and when we were done we were wanting to run it again!!! The only down fall for us is we wanted more picture but we got 40 pictures from the people at foam fest which was nice! All in all it was an amazing event and we can not wait to go next year!!!!
We had a blast! I felt like a 5 year old playing in the mud! It is great that it is an all-age family friendly event. We are definitely signing up for next year!
