Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Best time ever in mud
Great day Almost spa like. In one event you get a mud pack, bubble bath and a soak in the tub ok pond.
Worth every penny.
Sooo much fun!!
This event was so much fun for all ages!! I did it with girlfiends and we laughed so much and smiled throughout. I plan to do it with my kids next year. Would highly recommend it. Tons of fun but not challenging for an athlete.
Wine, Sweat and Beers
Had a fantastic time. Event was well organized, the volunteers were fantastic and the obstacles were a lot of fun. Only downfall was the long line ups at the obstacles. Would be nice if this could be addressed for next year and the lack of professional photos on the course. Already registered for next year..Time to get mudd!
The most fun I've had in years! The location was perfect, the volunteers were absolutely fantastic, the obstacles were a blast! And what a treat at the end of the race we got beautiful medals, a cool towel and a yummy energy Popsicle. Definately doing it again next year. Thanks Foam Fest for coming to Canada.

We had a fantastic time. Only thing is the straps that held the tubes together. The metal clasp needs to be covered or made sure it is at the bottom of the tire. One person in our group got sliced up in three places from those. We are coming back next year though.
We had a blast - our group of 12 is definitely growing for next years event. The only downfall was the long lineups for some of the obstacles. Some of the lineups went quickly while some were really slow, mainly the tubes in the water. Perhaps double the obstacle to get more people through faster. An extra lineup for the lily pads too. Lineups are expected and no problem when they move quickly. The staff was awesome and the music was much appreciated. Keep up the good work and fun.
Great fun. Love doing it as a Team. The only down side was waiting for a few of the obstacles. But otherwise everything else was very organized. Looking forward to next year!
Great event!
My hockey team completed this fun run together. It was a great course. We had lots of fun but some obstacles had long lines. Hopefully next year this kink is worked out because we have already signed up!
