Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE
TOTALLY AWESOME. I attended this event along with my adult son, his fiancee and my daughter. I must say that it was an awesome experience to say the least. We had tons of fun. Trekking through the mud and the foam was a blast. We especially liked the floating mats on the water of Wassaga beach. People were falling down, crawling along and laughing all the way. Kudos for the organizers of this family fun day long event. Any one and everyone should try a Foam Fest event near to them. You move at your own pace. It isn't a race as such. The most important thing is to have fun, laugh and enjoy good company. Keep up the spectacular work Foam Fest.
This was the first year for this race in Winnipeg. I ran with family and friends; there was a total of 8 of us, wearing our tutus! We had so much fun!! The weather was not great; we were even asked to come off the course at one point due to lightening! The staff handled the whole thing super well and had us back on the course the minute it was safe! The obstacles were awesome! I'll definitely run this race again! Thanks Foam Fest!!
Like a child playing in dirt!
I was not sure what to expect, but the event far exceeded all my expectations! We had a slight delay due to lightening in the area, but the organizers did a great job, and when it was our turn to race, I felt that it was safe to do so. We had an amazing time, and I am definitely planning on doing it again this year!
Went with my girlfriend and we had a blast!!! Never thought I'd have so much fun playing in the mud!!! The obstacles were fun and not too difficult!!! My girlfriend and I will definitely be signing up to go again next year!!!
This was an amazing race and experience. We did it on a hot humid day and the climb up to the top of the mountain in london was very hard on my breathing and i had to take it easy and told the rest of my group to go ahead. one member stayed back to make sure i got up the hill ok and then she ran to catch the rest as my youngest daughter stayed back with me. We ended up catching the rest f our team while they waited for one of the obstacles so it worked out that we finished together at the end which was a blast!
Goose Bumps
Had a blast. Some feedback for you...... the start times should have been more enforced to reduce line up time at each obstacle. It seemed like more of a free for all at the beginning and the line ups were so long everyone was getting very cold. You loose enthusiasm when your cold and just want it to be done.
Awesome experience! Had an absolute blast!
It was soooo much fun. Our team consisted of various levels of physical abilities are we all had a blast. We are definitely going again in 2016 with more people!!
