Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

My first time at this event and it was great!!! Went with members from the gym (Mob Fitness, Ancaster, ON) We all enjoyed it ;) Looking forward to next years event as well. I jumped off the platform onto the airbag, it was super cool too!!!
Had a Blast!
Took my 8 year old Grandson with me - we had soo much fun! He was so excited and happy (and social!) that by the time we crossed the finish line, he had his very own cheering section! We ran, splashed, mud crawled, slid and laughed the whole way through! Taking 6 of my Grandkids this year- can hardly wait!
Ma soeur et moi l'avons fait l'an dernier, que de plaisir! Ayant complèté plusieurs courses de types spartan, mud hero, ou color, foam race a definivement été la plus amusante à couri!

I didn't think my chubby little body could make it 5K but the super fun obstacles made it feel like a walk in the park. I'm soooo going to sign up again and bring more friends with me the next time

this was not only my 1st Foam Fest but my 1st 5K event... Damn, it was my 1st event of any kind... Love it, Love it, Love it... Already planning for 2016 and also the Mud Run in June 2016... You got me hooked after 1 try!!!! THANK YOU!!

The most fun one can have in an afternoon! The best dirty, foamy fun Ihave ever had. Didn't think I was going to like it but as soon as I finished I wanted to do it again. Gather your friends and family and have a blast.

Amazing!!!! Great bonding time for my BFF and our 10 year old daughters! We will be back every year! It was messy and challenging but not dirty and difficult. Perfect family event!
