Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Awesome time
I had an awesome time, turned it into a family event with the kids and extended family. What a great day with friends and family, even made a few new friends along the way. Two thumbs up.
Sad ending
I loved every minute of it :) I passed out at the last obstacle , your team of medics was great ! I'd like to be able finish this year with my team .

This event was a blast. The blow up obstacles were so much fun. An all around fun time, defiantly doing this event again.
So cold but so fun
I had a blast for this being the first time doing anything like it, it was cold as hell at silver star but so worth it can't wait to do it again this next year.
Foam Fest London
I have done both Foam Fest in London, ON. The first one in 2014 was amazing, had a blast the course was great. Then I did the race in 2015 and it was the worst race i have ever done. The foam machines were not working well, and the course was a lot of back and forth running up hill.
If the course, foam machines are not working right and the obsolesces like in 2015 then i will not be back to do it again.
DIRTY, FILTHY, CLEAN FUN!
BEST EVENT EVER!! Had sooo much fun getting muddy and soapy with my best friends! The hills kicked our butts, but was so worth it! Definitely doing it again in 2016, and hopefully bringing a few more Foamers with us for our team!
Short and Sweet
The run was good, Obstacles were not difficult to complete for any age. Had lots of fun but two things; (1) When they said 1km to finish it was more like 400m. I slowed my pace a tad because I thought there was 1km to go but I could have basically sprinted from the 1km mark to the finish line. (2) the beverage section afterwards was nothing to write home about. Should have been a more foamy fun type deal with music to attract more people to go. ... All in all I will run this again and hang around the beach for a while getting free samples and soaking up the sun.

Had a blast.., didn't think I could do it.., surprise surprise.., I did!! Can't wait to do it again with my awesomely wonderful girls!!

l'an passé fut ma première expérience du foam fest, jai adoré. Nous l'avons fait en trip de fille, nous en sommes sortie couvertes de boue mais tellement heureuses et fière !
Foamy fun
My son and I did this two years in a row and it was a blast. It's an amazing event to do with your kids. Wish it was done in the hotter months tho as September tends to get cold and rainy.
