Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

We ran the 5K Foam Fest as a family of five, we don't normally run in any events and this was a blast. My youngest girl, 12 years old, said "Dad, this is the best day ever". The mud pits and the water crossing was the most memorable part.

Unfortunately this race was not as well planned out as the other comments I have read. The line up for registration alone took 1.5 hours! Everyone's heat was delayed because most people were still in line. Foam fest sent out a billion emails before the race so it would have been nice to maybe send a scanning code or something so the people working didn't haven't to manually type every ones name in. Once we made it onto the course a lot of the obstacles didn't get lots of water on it so the slip and slide you wouldn't make It all the way to the end, the ones where you had to jump over the big blow up obstacles and the very last big slide all had no water and so much dirt and rocks stuck on them that when you jumped over or slide down you scrapped your legs up and the big slide scraped my back up really bad. It hurt to do it not made it fun. There was fun parts but waiting 30-45mins for each obstacle was kind of a pain as well. This I'm sure was because of the late registration and it just created a line up everywhere. I'm hoping this year will be better at Sun Peaks because I did Spartan Race up there and it was very smooth no lines anywhere.
This event was very well organized and it went perfectly. The location was great and the volunteers were helpful!! I would love to attend the Foamfest in 2016 again :) I would highly recommend this run to anyone who wants to have fun.

Second time doing Foam Fest was it was just as fun as the first. Had a blast and will be doing it again this year.
One Heck of a Good TIme
This was my first obstacle 5k race and I definitely had the time of my life! From the second I got there till the time I left! It was very well organized and everyone was VERY friendly! I did it with 8 friends and we all spent most of the time laughing and having a blast! I will definitely be returning :)
I did two 5k obstacle runs on the same day last year and the foam fest 5k was by far the most fun! I would definitely do it again next year, maybe twice!
My younger cousin was visiting from Portugal where they don't really have events like this and we ran it together. It was so much fun and he had an amazing time, people cheering him on and he was really happy to run it. this was my second time and I'll go again next year! Thanks for the fun!

We has the BEST DAY!!! the race was awesome 5 of us from our family ran including my 8 year old daughter
and 10 year old son. Everyone had a blast... This is the start of a new summer tradition for us :)

A group of friends and myself (5 in total) did the Foam Fest in Toronto last July and had an amazing time! Everything was well organized and started on time which was appreciated! The inflatable obstacles were a blast, bringing out LOTS of laughter by everyone! Some of the other obstacles were repeated often and I'm looking forward to what next year has to offer! Already signed up for next year, with an invite sent out to our whole corporate team! #teambuilding!
